Category "C" licence, previously known as HGV Class 2, is required to drive a Rigid goods vehicle with a maximum permitted weight greater than 7.5 tonnes.
Minimum age 21 years except for Armed Forces personnel and young drivers under 21 years registered with Skills for Logistics.
