The Certifcate of Professional Competence is the qualification required to be the nominated Transport Manager on a Standard or International passenger vehicle "O" licence. You can take the National and International modules separately or at the same time but you must have passed the National modules to get an International certificate.
The OCR exams are held 4 times a year in March, June, September and December.
